We offer 15yd. roll off dumpsters, Junk Removals, Curbside Pickup, and Property Cleanouts

  1. All rentals include one 15yd. dumpster, drop off, rental, pick up, 2 ton of waste (over 2 ton +$70), and disposal.

  2. Fraudulent Payments, Non payments, and Defaulted Payments will be met with Legal Action which, could result in a Contractors Property Lien.

  3. Do Not Over Fill Dumpsters. Any Dumpster that is Too Heavy must be lightened onsite.

  4. Additional Fees Include Weight Overage= +$70.00 per ton, Mattresses +$50 per Mattress, Dry Run fee $150.00

  5. No Trash Above sides

  6. No Dirt or Concrete unless discussed prior to drop off

  7. No Liquids

  9. No Closed Drums
